Where baby comes first!

Babycity offers one of New Zealand's largest ranges of specialist baby and mother care products.

Now Babycity is better than ever wtih a great new look and more products availabe to purchase online.

The Challenge

Babycity wanted to revamp their online store - to allow users to easily browse their product collection; provide more engaging visuals and information about products; and promote the Babycity community on Facebook, as well as the site’s useful parenting tips and Bubclub loyalty program.

Babycity also wanted to ensure that they were using an up to the moment, and comprehensive ecommerce solution.

The Solution

E2 DIGITAL provided a fresh new look and feel for the Babycity website; which meant a larger homepage slideshow, simpler navigation and clear call-to-actions throughout the site.

Significant changes were made to product pages to improve functionality and interactivity; Facebook was integrated into the site and content from Bounty magazine was added for new and expectant parents.

The Result

Traffic has climbed and thousands of Kiwis have discovered the convenience of shopping for cots, nappies, strollers and baby and maternity clothing from the comfort of their own homes!

Babycity now have an exciting, engaging, online store built on the latest version of Magento and integrated with SAP and Advanced Retail (their product management and accounting software).
