The Challenge

Ngai Tahu Property needed a website for their new community being developed on the site of the former Wigram Aerodome.

The website needed to showcase the new subdivisions, explain the history of the location and the significance of the development site to Ngai Tahu.

Visitors also had to be able to view the stages of development and to register their interest in either residential sections, house and land packages, or commercial developments.

The Solution

E2 DIGITAL designed and developed a vibrant and engaging website built in the Joomla! content management system. It’s visually appealing, easy-to-use and an excellent resource for people looking to purchase residential or commercial property.

The site enables visitors to view a Master Plan of the development; explore photos; download brochures (detailing future developments) and download pricing documents - putting vital information straight into the hands potential buyers.

The Result

The website we created for Wigram Skies has become the first point of contact for many future residents and is a very effective way to communicate what an exciting place it is to live. As such, large numbers of potential residents have registered their interest in the Wigram Skies development.

The website also helps keep locals and stakeholders up to date with progress on this important development for the western suburbs
